It's Our Birthday!

Our ‘No’ Has Power 

Today Sheer Chemistry is 4 - Happy birthday to us! Like any toddler, who is now excitedly walking and talking, although not yet feeding itself, it still requires nurturing. During this process, one of the most common words they will encounter is ‘NO’. While we can often view this as a negative, our ‘NO’ has the power to help us grow and propel us forward! 

You only turn 4 once! So in celebration of this milestone of an age, we want to take a moment to share our gratitude to all the ‘No’s that have brought us to where we are today:

NO to conforming to traditional beauty standards 

NO to being an afterthought 

NO to outdated stereotypes of women of colour 

NO to limited spectrums of ‘nude’

and …

YES to feeling seen and celebrated 

YES to creating more products for YOU

YES to defining beauty on our own terms. 

YES to being the change we want to see in the world

Because at the end of the day, we deserve it all...

We also want to say a huge thank YOU for loving our brand and supporting us. We have weathered a pandemic and have achieved nationwide distribution in the midst of it all. We may be walking, but there is so much still left for us to do.

Cheers to another 4 years and beyond. With your support, we’ll be running soon and will eventually learn how to FLY!
