Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, your tights must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Exchanges:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like an exchange, simply return the item you have. Once your return is processed, we’ll promptly send you your preferred product.

Damages and Issues:

How to Start a Return:
Simply fill out the contact form below to request your return. If accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
